At each meeting we produce a visit report with actions and ownership. This is reviewed at every meeting to ensure we remain on track as a team.

We believe in Peter Drucker's statement 'you can't manage what you can't measure', which is why we set up reports and present regular updates on communication activity and results. 

With hundreds of channels and thousands of combinations of measures available, the skill is to focus on the key information which shows the difference between success and failure. This might be the cost per completed web enquiry, instead of the cost per click or the cost per appointment, instead of the cost per lead.

Reporting is central to the way we operate and we are very proactive to keep you informed, succinctly, when required, of all progress, actions and results.
