Control

We regard targets and KPIs as being fundamental to a healthy client/agency relationship, and why, at BCM, we’re a results-driven team.

We call it Control because it starts with guiding our whole team to work to clear objectives, and instilling in them the discipline to understand what success – as opposed to effort and input - must look like.
 

We provide regular feedback to our clients in the shape of weekly updates, monthly review meetings and quarterly strategic reviews. A simple monthly performance dashboard communicates the top level information you will need to monitor progress and to provide information to your colleagues. We want to make you look good in that boardroom. Reporting can take up so much of a marketer's time - we want to make this easy for you, so you can work strategically.

Constant review of the plan and activity makes us agile and productive; testing, tweaking and finessing what we do to get the best possible results for you and your business.
