With over 20 years' B2B marketing experience, Miriam has held senior marketing positions in Financial Services, Legal, Manufacturing and Packaging spanning Europe. A Chartered Marketer, Miriam set up bcm in 2016 with a vision to become the marketer's choice agency.
Client Relationship & Insight
Sara's client-side career saw her heading up Marketing in the UK's largest recruitment organisation. Her experience of hiring and working with agencies gives Sara a real understanding of what our clients need.
Branding & Design
Sam has over 15 years' design experience working with a multitude of brands. With expertise in construction design as well as graphic design, Sam brings spark to our creative and delivers on a brief - every time.
Content & Ideation
Simon comes from a B2B marcomms background with many decades of experience, having been a successful freelance copywriter for many years too. Simon speaks several European languages fluently and will be integral to the agency's growth both in the UK and Europe. A storyteller and wordsmith, Simon delivers cognitive content that helps set our clients apart.
Digital & Social
Dan heads up our digital offering and brings a wealth of experience to the team. Dan's career began client-side in the banking sector and has since spent many years working for tech and web agencies with a focus on sales, attribution and CRO.
Finance & HR
After 25 years working at British Airways, Joanne joined bcm and agency life. Joanne ensures everything runs smoothly and is fundamental to the growth plans of the agency.
Non-Executive Director
Tim founded IAS (now SteinIAS) in 1973 and was the first ever recipient of Business Marketing’s “Lifetime Achievement Award”. A pioneer in B2B Marketing, Tim founded the B2B network, BBN, and helped launch ABBA. Tim supports bcm strategically to achieve the agency's growth objectives.
Finance Director
Highly experienced and commercially astute, Tony provides strategic business and financial support to bcm. With a collaborative, trustworthy and open style of leadership, Tony engages with financial, commercial and other stakeholders to deliver bcm's objectives.
